Classes are a great way to start and familiarise one with the experience of Sound as they are shorter and include a mixture of instruments in a supportive environment.

From here you will be more informed and able to decide if a deeper Sound Healing Immersion, Workshop or 1 on 1 session is for you.

I send you an intake form that allows you the opportunity to select your level of strength, decide if you would like to have bowls placed on the body and select optional modalities and instruments to include in the practice.  If its your first session, we allow 15 for discussion, a chance for me to familiarise myself with you, your body, any conditions you may have and any areas you are hoping to address.  From here we welcome the practice. Lying in a way that will most appropriate for you on that day, You will be held and guided into a state of calm relaxation as i systematically use singing bowls on, or around the body, easing you into calming brainwave states.
