As the year comes to a close, we gather in the stillness of nature — beneath the trees, beside the whispering bush, to listen, reflect, and renew.

This  outdoor sound healing experience nested in a secluded bush land of Dee Why invites you to gently land into the present moment through noble silence, allowing space for your body and mind to settle into deep listening.

We will begin by attuning to the living frequency of a tree, using a device that translates its subtle vibrations into sound. 

From there, you will be guided into a sound healing journey, lying beneath the canopy, watching the movement of light and leaves as the soundscapes wash through you.

After the sound journey, you are invited to move softly through the space and explore three stations for self-reflection:

~ A quiet reflection corner, with written invitations to contemplate the year that has passed and the intentions you wish to set for the next year to come. 

~ A vibration station, where you can feel the resonance of instruments directly through your body.

~ A nature mandala space, where you can create a personal offering using elements found in the bush — stones, leaves, petals, branches — as a symbol of renewal and gratitude.

This gathering is a chance to return to stillness, to reconnect with the wisdom of the earth and sound and to realign with your inner rhythm as we step into a new cycle.
