YIN & SOUND - WINTER

“We dont use the body to get into the pose, we use the pose to get into the body “Bernie Clarke

Based on Taoist tradition, Yin Yoga can be a powerful tool for healing.

In this practice we will weave our way through 5 element theory and the magic of Winter and Water. An Inward reflection, aligning with the Water element's attributes of fluidity, adaptation, and storing reserves for future growth.

With poses held in Sound and Vibration, guided through visualisation to balance our Qi and nourish the seasons vibration.

Hosted by resident Hum Studio teachers, friends and holistic practitioners, Dani & Becc.
