Join Tara D'Cruz Noble and Becc Gray for a half day retreat to nourish your nervous system. Find calm in the chaos and quiet the busy mind through Yin, Zen Thai Shiatsu, acupressure for anxiety, myo-fascial release, meditation and pranayama - all held in sound and vibration.

Let sound be your anchor, with ancient instruments hand-selected from Nepal: Himalayan singing bowls, Burma bells, Chimes, Cymbals and Tingshya. Deep gong resonance grounds the body and brings you back to centre.

Share reflections on nervous system regulation in circle, or rest in noble silence, while enjoying calming Ayurvedic foods, teas, and snacks throughout the day.

Curious to play a singing bowl yourself?

In this 5 hour workshop we will cover some of the fundamental elements of Sound and Vibrational healing. You will take the bowl into your own hands and experiment with vibration on yourself and others. The afternoon will culminate in a full sound healing immersion allowing you the opportunity to take all you have learnt during the workshop and experience the depth of healing available through Sound and Vibration.
