Spacious Sound - a half day retreat

Enter the spaciousness of PURE Sound and Vibration across 2 rooms for 4 hours of absolute softness, stillness, nervous system regulation and sensory nourishment.

Weave your way from HOLD SPACE STUDIO where you will experience floating gongs in hammocks, clearing and ceremonial Temple Gongs, Giant Ultabati standing bowls and move into HUM STUDIO to lay on the earth and float to the sky with etheral alchemy and crystal bowls.

This is a pure Sound Experience, free form and spacious where you will be welcomed to move into whatever element calls you in.

We will share self soothing myo-fascial and yin techniques to accompany the sound that are optional and you will be offered the opportunity to journal, maintain noble silence (if you wish), and flow and move as YOU want to in a non prescriptive way.

Tea & snacks provided, beginners welcome.

Ever wanted to understand what Sound & Vibration as a holistic modality really is?
Curious to play a singing bowl yourself?

In this 5 hour workshop we will cover some of the fundamental elements of Sound and Vibrational healing. You will take the bowl into your own hands and experiment with vibration on yourself and others. The afternoon will culminate in a full sound healing immersion allowing you the opportunity to take all you have learnt during the workshop and experience the depth of healing available through Sound and Vibration.
