100 HR SOUND MASTERY
This 100 hour Sound Mastery training is spaced out over 1 month with weekly sessions on Fridays and Sundays. Covering a vast and in-depth range of material both ancient and modern, this training will provide you with the knowledge and skills to use sound and vibration as a tool to help others.
FOUNDATIONS OF SOUND
Ever wanted to understand what Sound Therapy really is?
Curious to play a singing bowl yourself?
In this 4 hour workshop we will cover some of the fundamental elements of Sound and Vibrational Therapy. You will take the bowl into your own hands and experiment with vibration on yourself and others. The afternoon will culminate in a full sound healing immersion allowing you the opportunity to take all you have learnt during the workshop and experience the depth of healing available through Sound and Vibration.

This 1-on-1 workshop allows those who have either completed the 50 hr Sound Mastery Training, Fundamentals workshop or those who have undergone Sound Training and are wanting to deepen their knowledge of the practice and work on specific areas.
NEPAL TRAINING RETREAT
Having completed the Hold Space 50 HR Sound Healing Training you are eligable to join this special retreat to Nepal for 7 days of intensive training with pockets for exploration and discovery.
